The 16th edition of TRAKO, the largest railway exhibition in Central and Eastern Europe, took place from 23 to 26 September at the AMBEREXPO exhibition centre in Gdańsk, Poland. An estimated 600 exhibitors from over 50 countries presented their products and solutions – and this year's event was once again a top-level industry gathering.
Our trade fair presence
Together with our partner FIRE MAX, we presented a wide range of shunting and railway technology solutions at stand TZ 16 in the outdoor area. The following were on display at our stand:
- two ZAGRO E-MAXI battery-driven vehicles,
- one Unimog shunting vehicle,
- a Neotec aerial work platform,
- and Lukas re-railing technology.
The live demonstrations of the shunting vehicles – in particular the Unimog shunting vehicle and the ZAGRO E-MAXI – impressed numerous visitors. It was particularly pleasing that guests came not only from Poland, but also from the Baltic States and many other Eastern European countries – a clear sign of international interest in innovative shunting solutions.
Exchange & expertise
Our employee Mr Lange and the FIRE MAX team were available to trade fair visitors as direct contacts. In personal dialogue, we were able to provide technical insights and answer specific questions.
TRAKO 2025 showed that the market for innovative shunting technologies continues to grow. Poland is increasingly focusing on expanding its rail network and is also planning new high-speed lines. With our solutions, the ZAGRO Group is ideally positioned to actively shape these developments.
We would like to thank all visitors for their great interest and the exciting discussions – and we are already looking forward to the next TRAKO.
