On 18 March 2026, the time had come: a new HM16 TK aerial work platform was handed over and demonstrated at Hell Profitechnik GmbH in South Tyrol. The MULTICAR M31 carrier vehicle was provided by the customer and combined with the ZAGRO aerial work platform.
The new vehicle replaces a long-serving unit in the Stilfs Power Station’s fleet – and that is no small step. This generational change provides the customer with a modern, versatile vehicle featuring state-of-the-art technology. Durability, high quality and the new generation of controls ensure that the machine will remain in service for many years to come.
One vehicle – many possibilities
What makes this vehicle special? The interchangeable frame system (‘ball-lock system’). This allows the customer to remove the aerial work platform and use other superstructures on the vehicle – for example, a flatbed, which was also supplied by Hell Profitechnik.
This means: a vehicle that adapts. Sometimes as an aerial work platform, sometimes as a transporter. Exactly what flexible operations in the municipal sector are all about.
Modern technology that makes work easier
The HM16 TK aerial work platform features additional control functions that make everyday work easier:
- Home function – automatic return to transport position
- Automatic setup – simplified and safer setup process
No unnecessary back-and-forth, no manual adjustments – the machine does what it’s designed to do.
On-site service – that makes all the difference
Service in South Tyrol is provided by Hell Profitechnik GmbH. Short distances, fast response times and a partner who knows the region. That is exactly what customers value.
A systematic partnership
This project once again demonstrates the strength of the collaboration between ZAGRO and local partners such as Hell Profitechnik. The combination of proven ZAGRO technology and regional service expertise results in solutions that are precisely tailored to customers’ requirements.
We look forward to many more joint projects!
