As largest domestic cement producer Holcim Switzerland produces ready-mix concrete and gravel, sand and crushed rock. Around 20 gravel pits and quarries provide annually over 6 million tons of gravel and sand. About 40 concrete plants produce more than 1.7 million cubic meters of concrete per year. With the new road/rail vehicle of the type TERBERG/ZAGRO RR 282 6x4 the prouction site Hüntwangen installed a vehicle for internal transport and shunting operation. Fast changes in driving mode allow flexibility in combination with high tractive performance for daily business.
