In July 2022, the Henschel DHG 700C diesel locomotive was comprehensively modernized and handed over to the Austrian fiber manufacturer Lenzing AG. Lenzing AG is a world-renowned company that produces fibers from the raw material wood for the production of textiles and nonwoven products. Among other things, the entire electronics and the PLC vehicle control system of the 3-axle shunting locomotive were renewed. A new radio remote control has been added as well as a new Scania diesel engine with the current STAGE V emission standard and an output of 550 kW. The entire radiator including radiator front was also renewed, so that the original appearance of the locomotive slightly changed.
