At the InnoTrans fair in Berlin a new Unimog U 423 was officially handed over to our customer Sasol. Sasol is a big chemical company with several sites in Germany. The ZAGRO road/rail vehicle will replace a Unimog U 400 which has been operated for years without any problems and to the customer’s complete satisfaction at their site in Brunsbüttel near Lower Elbe.
Sasol have however made a conscious decision for the new Unimog model which fulfils the Euro 6 standard because of their high standards in environmental protection and resource conservation.
The shunting vehicle will be used for the internal transport of wagons with raw and finished products.
