ZWEIWEG has again delivered a special HUBMEISTER aerial platform to a customer. It is an HM 22 TK with a fixed body on a Unimog U 4023. The high cross-country Unimog is outstandingly suitable the use in rough terrain and with a working height of 22 meters it offers a very large working area. The working hydraulics from Bosch Rexroth enable the operator to move the aerial platform precisely to any location.
A technical highlight of the HUBMEISTER aerial platform is a podium that allows the operator to board the work basket safely, which has 2 attachment points for a PPE. Due to the special design of the platform, a considerable ramp angle of 19° is achieved. The maximum basket load is 250 kg. The aerial platform has 3 working modes: Working without outrigger, with wide outrigger and short outrigger. With the HOME function, the platform can be easily and comfortable automatically brought into the transport position.
Upon customer request, the aerial platform has the following special equipment: A holder for 2 gas bottles and a holder with hooks for cables and steel ropes, which is located in front of the tool structure, as well as a drawer module with lighting, which switches on automatically when the blinds are opened.
